2MT Cafe

2MT Cafe is a converted industrial unit on the site of a carwash. Originally looking at plans drawn by an architect that basically had a domestic kitchen fitted we designed a fully functional open kitchen with new extract system – Multi temp chefs fridges – Lincat Silverlink induction, fryers and griddle along with Lincat double stacked Convektor ovens. This is one of our favourite projects simply as they put colourful tiles on wall that adds a bit of colour to our mostly boring stainless steel kitchens. A prep area has now been extended to the back with Liebherr fridges.
