Dog and Pickle

This project is a pub in a leafy village called Moreton just outside of Ongar called the Dog and Pickle. The pub has taken on extensive renovations throughout and the kitchen is unrecognisable from what it was. We have at least doubled the size.

We have installed all Lincat induction hob ranges and fryers along with the new Lincat combi ovens…6 grids double stacked, new 6 meter extraction canopy and outside colodroom.

We have dropped a big green egg BBQ into a reinforced stainless steel table and have supplied counter fridges and heated gantries throughout.
You will also find a new BBQ kitchen in the garden along with a prep room and cold room.

All bespoke furniture in the dining area was also supplied by us along with all Light kitchen Equipment, Tableware and Barware
