Lezet

We were very pleased to have been given the opportunity to fit out the kitchen at Lezet based in Grays..Essex. This is a new Mediterranean restaurant converted from an old launderettes. The kitchen space was extended to allow space for new GGF pizza oven. Lincat cooking suite on top of a new Lincat BLU gastronorm chefs base. We are particularly pleased with the heated gantry looking into the restaurant so waiting staff can collect food from the restaurant and not enter the kitchen. Customers can also have a view of the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. Also supplied all Light Kitchen equipment and tableware.
