This job carried out in summer holidays of 2022 was a complete refurb and redesign and made a massive difference to the way the kitchen worked. From having very old basic equipment we put in a new Extract system and interlock – an extra dishwasher to cope with number. 2 x Falcon Dominator ranges, Lincat 10 grid gas combi oven, Rational ivario cooker along a bank of 6 liebherr upright fridges and freezers. New walls, floors, Electrics and plumbing to suit.
